The Technical Recruiter, will play a pivotal part in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent for Cytracom in the Unified Communications and Cybersecurity space. As a Technical Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding their technical requirements and sourcing candidates who not only possess the requisite technical skills but also align with our company culture and values. Ultimately, the Technical Recruiter contributes to the company's success by building a high-performing team capable of driving innovation and delivering excellence in our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions, coordinate and schedule interviews, and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and campus recruitment.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and compensation packages.
  • Build and nurture relationships with universities, technical schools, and professional organizations to expand our talent pool and enhance employer branding.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts and terminology relevant to Unified Communications and Cybersecurity, including an understanding of languages such as Python, React, Django, etc.
    • Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Familiar and comfortable participating in networking groups and job fairs.
    • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
