As a Partner Account Manager at Cytracom, you are the relationship specialist that will inspire our partners! In this role you will serve to fulfill our promise of VoIP made simple, and strive to make it even easier for our partners and their customers. Partner Account Managers are responsible for taking our partners through the process of identifying potential customers and helping close deals quickly and simply. Our goal is to build an organization of intelligent, ambitious, Partner Account Managers who are committed to our vision of changing the partner sales and software experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with an assigned partner base
- Work together to find mutually beneficial solutions to problems and capitalize on new opportunities that drive growth and success for all parties
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing products/services.
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share through effective partner management.
- Serve as a partner advocate to ensure superior quality and delivery of service, and continually strive to improve the overall level of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure successful partner engagement
- Perform Sales demos to support partners and drive higher success/close rates in identified opportunities
- Complete assigned tasks, and meet or exceed weekly KPIs as assigned.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business, our products as well as the competitive landscape and market trends to stay relevant and provide value to your customers.
- Maintain contact records and manage pipeline within CRM (HubSpot)
- Quarterly reviews of partner funnels and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated record of success, preferably in the software or IT industry
- Recent experience working with partners and re-sellers.
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape
- Proven history of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
